Key Autism Services is growing and looking for an Operations Manager!
The Operations Manager will work in collaboration with the BCBA Regional Center Director to manage the day to day operations of the facility. The Operation Manager will be primarily responsible for the scheduling of clients, scheduling of BTs, support of behavior therapists, staff and client satisfaction, in addition to standard administrative and facility maintenance.
PAY: $55,000 annual + bonus opportunity
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all facilities maintenance and management related to the center.
Coordinate behavior therapist hiring and onboarding
Create and maintain center schedule for behavior therapists/clients or in home region based on site specific needs
Update and maintain all supply orders for facility and client needs in alignment with budget
Manage general reception tasks relating to the front desk
Prepare operational reports for the Center Director
General support on the floor for all staff within the center
Develop and maintain employee and client retention initiatives on a regular cadence
Support business development including building and maintaining community partnerships
Facilitate and track center growth goals and initiatives
Coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and new client experience (clinic tours, start date schedule, development and distribution of first day packets, etc.,)
Oversee and maintain compliance with emergency action plan including routine drills and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in ABA preferred
Experience working with EMR and scheduling preferred
Experience with MS Office Excel and Outlook preferred
