Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team across multiple shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, industrial, or residential spaces according to established protocols
- Execute floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to maintain flooring quality
- Conduct custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities by performing routine janitorial tasks and special cleaning projects
- Assist with maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-ups when necessary
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively
- Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently within scheduled timeframes while adhering to quality standards
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning is a plus
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance or porter responsibilities is advantageous
- Familiarity with residential painting or buffing techniques can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers or extractors is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential skills for success in this role
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
