Job Summary
We are seeking a efficient Dishwasher/Busser. This position requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave, clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
