EcoPro Electric employs the nation's leading LED lighting installation specialists. We are looking to grow our company to keep up with a large pipeline of onsite lighting retrofit projects in commercial portfolios located around the United States. Desire experienced Georgia Master Electricians to lead teams of technicians in Georgia.
We have undertaken many of the largest LED lighting retrofit projects in the nation. All work involves installing LED lighting or retrofitting existing fixtures with LED lamps. Most retrofit work is interior and during normal business hours, but some facilities require after-hours/second shift work.
We need a licensed Master with the State of Georgia to assist with permitting and projects in the area and beyond. This candidate will have the knowledge and organization skills needed to organize and manage crews of five to twenty journeymen and apprentice electricians. The optimal candidate will have strong technical skills relating to lighting and electrical work. The position is full-time and competitive pay, based on experience, plus bonuses based on performance.
Experience with LED retrofit work is a plus. Teamwork, leadership skills, punctuality, and superb customer service are a must.
Master Electrician Responsibilities:
- Act as extension of corporate leadership team on the jobsite.
- Take ownership and accountability for entire project outcome.
- Accountable for displaying, enforcing, and promoting quality, safety, productivity, and professionalism standards.
- Responsible for documenting policy violations, incidents, and discipline systematically.
- Responsible for leading, mentoring, and serving our work force.
- Responsible for clear, consistent, disciplined communication to team and management.
- Serve as the responsible Foreman/Journeyman Electrician for the Company.
- Responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving, and solutions on the jobsite.
- Retrofit or install LED lighting and help troubleshoot issues with other electricians and installers in doing the same.
- Onboard new technicians and document such using company’s standard forms.
- Promote a culture of constant learning and a dedication to job and worker safety.
- Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad, email, phone to report timely and accurate updates.
- Ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
Master Electrician Minimum Requirements:
- Skilled Foreman supervisor with at least 3 years of experience managing scope and running commercial projects for an electrical contractor.
- Please submit project profiles from previous jobs completed.
- Experience leading teams of apprentices and journeymen with direct report responsibilities.
- Experience owning project outcome from start to finish.
- Believes in extreme ownership.
- Ability to project calm and confidence in fluid, high pressure situations.
- A servant leader willing to outwork their team and lead by example.
- Believes in honesty and integrity above all else.
- Must have an active Georgia Master license.
- Experience managing electrical construction installations.
- Experience managing or installing LED lighting retrofits. (Preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certified
- CPR certified (Preferred)
- Certified to use scissor lift and boom lift (Preferred)

Compensation:
- Salary will be at the top of the wage scale for the applicable area.
- Annualized Salary up to $100,000 per year.
