Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and answering questions,
- Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone
- Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage customers positively and professionally
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role
