JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for the service quality output of multiple cleaning teams across various client facilities. They are accountable for supporting their teams’ success in satisfying clients, catching and fixing quality issues before they become a problem, improving service efficiency, covering schedule gaps, and communicating clearly with management.
A company car will be provided.
DUTIES SUMMARY
Availability
· Full-Time (40hrs/week)
· Monday through Friday
· Weekend Availability if needed
Service Quality
· Lead implementation of new account cleanings
· Develop onsite cleaning instructions prioritizing quality and cost efficiency
· Ensure cleaning programs align with agreed scope of service for each facility
· Perform onsite Inspections & submit inspection reports
· Verify permanent fix of discovered/reported quality deviations
Team Supervision
· Foster positive relationships among team members
· Prioritize workplace safety among team members by identifying hazards and enforcing safe work practices
· Ensure team member adherence to company policies and standards
· Suggest staffing & schedule changes to management
· Problem solve on demand with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction
· Oversee comprehensive initial training to new team members
· Verify new team members’ ability to complete tasks to satisfactory standards
· Regularly review team member performance and report issues
· Implement team member improvement plans
Service Support
· Immediately address any quality issues discovered
· Cover any essential cleaning roles that are vacant
· Establish supply ordering triggers and order quantities
· Ensure each facility’s instructions and training program are accurate
· Resupply teams with needed equipment for job success
· Remove or repair equipment that is below standards
· Make sure onsite storage is kept visibly clean and meets safety standards
· Identify service opportunities that would further satisfy clients
· Ensure OSHA compliance within all facilities
· Perform any additional quality or support tasks as requested by management
· Ensure all equipment is properly labeled
REQUIREMENTS
· High School Diploma or GED
· Must be 18 or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and clean MVR.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and problem solve quickly
· Strong work ethic and service-oriented attitude
· Self-starter and ability to prioritize
· Ability to meet deadlines
· 1+ year of successful experience in the Janitorial Industry

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
