Warehouse Associate – Small Business Growth Opportunity

Casem LLC is a growing importer and distributor of specialty fasteners serving the woodworking, cabinetry, and millwork industries. We are looking for a dependable, long-term team member who wants to grow with a small company from the ground floor.
This is not a large corporate warehouse where you are just a number. You will work directly with the owner, learn all aspects of the business, and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
We are seeking someone who values reliability, honesty, attention to detail, and consistency. The right person will take pride in their work, show up every day ready to contribute, and help us build something special over the long term.
What You'll Do
- Package and label fasteners according to customer specifications
- Operate counting scales, semi-automatic weighers, and packaging equipment
- Receive and organize inventory shipments
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate a forklift (training available)
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Learn additional warehouse and operational responsibilities as the company grows

Warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
