Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at a busy Tobacco Outlet with a Drive Thru window. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving . You will engage with customers, assist them in finding the right tobacco related products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in our retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Up sell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, clean and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Must be willing to work evenings & weekends. Store Hours of operation are as follows: Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers is required.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- A passion for retail sales and a willingness to learn about new products is essential.

We have an Employee Profit Sharing Incentive Program that is paid out monthly. This is in addition to your hourly wage of $12.77 to $14.00 per hour.
