Entry Level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Reports to Maintenance Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6AM to 2:30PM
Starting pay: $20-$25/hour (depending on experience) with a path to $30 as skills develop

Key Responsibilities
· Assist mechanics with rebuilds, repairs, and new installations of process equipment, piping, and pumps
· Complete minor repairs and basic tasks as directed
· Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections as instructed; document any issues observed
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Follow all safety procedures and company standards
· Perform related duties as required
· Over time, participate in the maintenance department on-call schedule

Requirements
· Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
· Mechanical aptitude
· Fundamental skills in one or more of the following: taking measurements, working with hand tools, and basic mechanical assembly/disassembly
· Technical training or schooling is a plus, but not required
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
· Valid driver's license
