What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and in person
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Follow up with customers through outbound calls to ensure satisfaction and resolution
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in our system
- Use strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and meet sales goals
- Stay current on the latest cellular technology and offerings

Location Details
We operate two locations: Mayfield and Lone Oak.
This position is primarily based in Lone Oak, with occasional shifts at the Mayfield location as needed.
