Pay: $63.50 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (Days or Nights)
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
36–40 hours/week (alternating weeks)

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Provide direct patient care, including support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Develop and update individualized care plans
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transitions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (EMR)
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in shift reports and collaborate with nursing staff
Support quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medication administration
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or acute care preferred
New grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply
