We are currently onboarding independent contractors for a remote Inbound Customer Service program within the financial services industry. Within the pre-paid card industry.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting customers with account-related inquiries in a structured, secure environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with account inquiries and transaction-related questions
- Support prepaid debit and card-based accounts
- Provide clear explanations of policies and procedures
- Document interactions accurately while following strict compliance guidelines
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Contractors must provide their own equipment, including:
- A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- A USB hardwired headset
