What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians to hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Own and improve team performance in key metrics such as:
- Revenue per Tech / per Day
- Average Ticket & Close Rate
- Membership Conversions & Renewals
- Recall Percentage
- Customer Satisfaction / Google Reviews
- Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Ensure technicians follow Polestar processes, pricing, standards, and safety protocols.

Monitor dispatch board, capacity, call flow, job accuracy, and profitability.

Partner with leadership to set monthly goals, adjust KPIs, and implement performance plans.

Ensure proper training on diagnostics, communication, customer experience, and service-based selling.

Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented team culture.

Proven experience managing HVAC service teams in a residential environment.

Strong ability to analyze numbers, interpret performance data, and coach based on KPIs.
