Sapphire is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to join our customer service and sales team in Houston. In this Customer Sales Associate role, you will work directly with business clients, educating them on energy options and helping them transition to more efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. You’ll build lasting relationships while focusing on client satisfaction and long-term savings.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Assess business clients’ energy needs, understand their goals, and provide tailored energy solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Prospect and engage with new customers to promote energy products and services
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts
- Educate clients on energy benefits, available plans, and enrollment processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Qualifications of the Customer Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in sales, energy related field, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and closing sales
- Ability to work full-time and maintain a consistent schedule
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
