Express Cleaning Solutions LLC seeks dedicated and experienced 1099 Cleaners to join our team serving residents, property managers, and commercial office spaces in Sedgwick County.
What is a 1099 Cleaner? A 1099 Cleaner is an independent operator who is already working as a professional cleaner. You are expected to have your own equipment, tools and cleaning agents. As an independent cleaner, you will also be required to provide proof of business liability insurance before we contract with you.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces and commercial office spaces according to company defined specifications.
- Clean according to provided checklists and client specifications.
- Willingness and ability to perform residential laundry service.
- Follow all client and company defined security and privacy protocols.
- Follow all safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Absolute adherence and commitment to client privacy and security.
Requirements
- Accountability
- Professional communication and decision making
- Minimum 2 years of experience cleaning residential or commercial environments.
- Proven experience in cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and care of surfaces.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Travel to client locations in your own reliable vehicle (Must be legally registered and insured)
- You must supply and maintain your own cleaning products and equipment (vacuum required)
- Must maintain business liability insurance. (If you do not have insurance, we can provide a few options for insurance providers.)
- Each contractor will be subject to a background check and E-Verification

Pay: $14.75 - $16.25 per hour
