Available Shift/Pay: 2:00pm-11:00pm, Monday through Friday @ $17.00 per hour paid Weekly.

What does a Picking Associate do?
Pull or pick customer orders effectively and ensure the correct number and type of product is pulled; place product on pallet and deliver to the dock in a safe/secure manner using a Reach Forklift and/or Cherry Picker.
Responsible for completing the order and correctness of all orders; working with Lead/Supervisor with any questions.
Sort/organize product on the pallet so it can be easily read/checked by the Dock Team and prepared for shipping.
What are the requirements?
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Pay Attention to Detail and identify products by size, type, style, color, and product code. Be able to match shipping tickets to items picked.
- Must be willing to be certified to operate Forklift(s).
- Experience with warehouse, distribution, picking, picker, order selector, order puller, forklift, standup, reach, order picker, cherry picker.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (unassisted); occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Operate a Standup/Reach Forklift and/or Cherry Picker. Training and certification will be provided.
- Ability to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
- Be able to stand/walk extended periods; lifting; pulling; pushing; bending/kneeling, stooping; and possible climb a ladder for top-level selection.
- Be willing to work under deadline pressure working effectively to finding products.
