We are seeking a Showroom Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be working at the front desk doing multiple tasks. Previous experience with tile/flooring is a plus!
1st shift: 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $12-$13 an hour to start$18.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Provide price quotes to customers
- Inbound/Outbound calls
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge with computers/computer programs
Pay: From $37,440.00 per year
