Introduction
Global Alliance Technologies is an Engineering consultancy company founded on a strong network of technical and business expertise arising from decades of Aerospace Industry experience. This experience covers a wide range of technical areas that include Landing Systems, Flight Controls, Hydraulics, Power Distribution, Fuel Systems, Cabin Interiors, Seat Actuation, and In-Flight Entertainment.
A primary aspect of Global Alliance Technologies current focus is prototype wire harnessing and developing test equipment for cabin interiors, supporting major airlines like American Airlines, United Airlines, and British Airways, as well as aircraft platforms such as the Boeing 737, 777, 787 and Airbus A320, A350, and A380.
We are looking for a technically minded, quick learning individual to join our team in a technical role focused on wire harness assembly.
In this position, you’ll gain hands-on experience with wire harness assembly and soldering techniques according to IPC/WHMA-620 standards and learn to interpret wire harness drawings and schematics.
You’ll also be introduced to basic machining, laser cutting, laser etching, 3D printing, and scanning as part of our prototype development process.

Schedule: Flexible (Mon – Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Ideal for university or college engineering students.
- Entry-level role in wire harness assembly and prototype electronics.
- Prepare materials, kit, and assemble wire harnesses and test equipment.
- Test, troubleshoot and diagnose problems; implement corrective actions.
- Operate related equipment and certify data as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and basic technical understanding through education or experience.
- Enjoys a hands-on approach and finds satisfaction in building and creating tangible projects.
- Energetic, self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
Training as required will be provided.
