Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repairs for residential properties.
Duties
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Be able to perform maintenance and repairs and document completed tasks.
- Knowledge in maintenance areas including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall,
carpentry and painting.
- Prepping apartments and single family residences for new move ins.
- Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how
to effectively solve these problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English to understand manuals and communicate effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge to work with various tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with residents or employees.
- Valid US Drivers License and clean motor vehicle record.

While performing certain duties of this job the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions. Must be able to lift 60 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.88 - $30.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
