About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Lifting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our logistics and production flow by safely maneuvering heavy industrial materials. Your expertise in overhead crane operation will directly impact our operational efficiency and ensure that production lines remain fully stocked and productive.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise material handling by operating 30-ton overhead cranes via radio remote control systems.

Optimize warehouse and production floor space by efficiently transporting, stacking, and staging heavy steel and aluminum coils.

Ensure operational continuity by performing rigorous pre-shift inspections on cranes, rigging, hooks, and specialized lifting gear.

Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to OSHA standards and internal plant protocols to prevent workplace incidents.

Collaborate with floor teams to streamline the movement of raw materials, contributing to overall facility throughput.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience operating high-capacity overhead cranes in industrial or steel-focused environments.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing specialized steel lifting attachments and rigging hardware.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic crane troubleshooting and maintenance.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs as required by site conditions.

Advanced knowledge of industrial safety regulations and hazard mitigation.

Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or metal processing facilities.
