AES Med Spa is a growing, client-focused medical aesthetics practice located in St. Charles, Illinois. We provide advanced, results-driven treatments in a professional and welcoming environment while maintaining a strong focus on personalized care, education, safety, and long-term client relationships.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Esthetician who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments, building a loyal clientele, and helping grow the practice through thoughtful consultations, treatment plans, rebooking, memberships, packages, and skincare recommendations.

- Sciton BBL BroadBand Light
- Morpheus8 RF microneedling
- SkinPen microneedling
- HydraFacial
- Laser hair removal
- Chemical peels, including VI Peel
- Dermaplaning
- Microdermabrasion
- Customized medical-grade facials
- Body-contouring treatments
Previous experience with every treatment is not required. Candidates with a strong medical-aesthetics foundation and an interest in learning additional technologies are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized aesthetic treatments safely and confidently
- Conduct detailed skin consultations and identify each client’s goals and concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans and home-care recommendations
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and appropriate skincare products
- Recommend treatment packages, memberships, enhancements, and retail products when appropriate
- Encourage rebooking and build long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records
- Follow all sanitation, infection-control, privacy, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment rooms
- Properly handle equipment, consumables, and supplies
- Collaborate with the front desk, providers, and management to create a seamless client experience
- Participate in training, promotional events, photography, and social-media content when needed
- Assist with client follow-up and occasional front-desk support when necessary
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Esthetician License required
- At least 3 years of hands-on esthetics or medical-spa experience preferred
- Experience with laser hair removal, IPL, advanced facials, microneedling, chemical peels, or similar treatments
- Experience with Sciton MOXI, BBL, Morpheus8, SkinPen, or HydraFacial is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, Fitzpatrick skin types, treatment planning, and post-care
- Comfortable recommending retail skincare, memberships, and treatment packages
- Strong consultation, communication, and client-retention skills
- Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfortable learning new technologies and completing additional training
- English required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Evening and Saturday availability preferred
Compensation and Growth
- $24–$33 per hour, depending on experience
