Olive Branch Bakery & Mercantile is opening soon in Woodinville, and we're building our founding team.
Our vision is simple: create a place where neighbors gather and memories are made. A bakery, cafe , mercantile, and community gathering space where guests order at the counter, linger over great food and drinks, and feel right at home.

Job Description:
Bakers: Early Morning (4am-5am start) & Mid-Morning Shifts (6am-8am start)
Our bakers are the heart of the bakery. We're hiring both early-morning production bakers and mid-morning bakers to support daily production, finishing work, and service needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing breads, pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Mixing, shaping, baking, decorating, and finishing products
- Following recipes and maintaining quality standards
- Assisting with daily production schedules
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Must be able to lift 50#
1 year experience is preferred, but we value attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Competitive compensation based on experience. Medical, dental and vision benefits available for full-time members.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
