What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Owning your patch on the shop floor — spotting opportunities and starting conversations that convert
- Discussing connectivity products (broadband, mobile, TV, bundles) in a way that's confident, clear, and genuinely useful to the customer
- Talking people through options and building packages that fit their life, not just hitting a script
- Closing sign-ups accurately and efficiently, start to finish
- Keeping your area sharp — displays, stock, presentation, all part of putting on a good show
- Competing (in a good way) with your team to beat daily and weekly targets
- Representing a major connectivity brand with the kind of energy that gets people talking
