Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Marine Operations Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Manager of Marine Finance
This position works on-site in Miami Florida
Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst Global Marine Operations Finance is responsible for managing the operating expense budget and financial analysis for Marine Operations on a global scale This role ensures accurate reporting partners with operational teams to track expense performance and provides actionable insights to optimize spending and achieve business objectives
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages Opex budgets and forecasts for global Marine Operations departments
- Analyzes actual financial performance against plans identifying variances and corrective actions
- Prepares monthly reporting packages and communicates insights to senior leadership
- Collaborates with operations leaders to drive cost efficiency and resource optimization initiatives
- Monitors compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls on operating expenses
- Supports decision-making by providing scenario analysis and strategic recommendations
- Improves financial processes by recommending automation and reporting enhancements
- Partners cross-functionally across Finance Operations and Procurement teams to align Opex strategies
- Performs other duties as required

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics
- or related field required
- MBA or CPA/CFA certification preferred
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in Opex management and financial analysis
Previous experience within maritime transportation- or large-scale operational environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling expertise
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred; familiarity with budgeting tools and reporting platforms a plus
- Knowledge of operating expense methodologies within global operations
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced- global environments with shifting priorities
- Proactive problem-solving and collaboration across multiple teams
