- Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable cameras, lenses, accessories, and related products
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of cameras and accessories
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and managing inventory counts
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product specifications, usage tips, and store policies
- Handle retail store product knowledge updates and participate in merchandising efforts to keep displays appealing and informative
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably with supervising or team-leading responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, cash drawer handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Experience in conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of camera equipment, accessories, and retail store product knowledge is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette for assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise safely, and work flexible hours as needed

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
