Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pets Plus . In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by providing knowledgeable assistance and support. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding service and quality products.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked.
- Assist in merchandising efforts to promote sales effectively.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
