The Leader Who Will Be Successful Here
We are looking for someone who takes ownership.
The right person does not wait for every problem to be brought to them. They notice what is happening, communicate early, develop solutions, follow through, and make sure expectations are met.
You should be comfortable moving between clinical leadership and people leadership—supporting a client or caregiver one moment, addressing a scheduling concern the next, coaching an employee, reviewing documentation, or helping the team solve an urgent staffing issue.
You should also understand that accountability and compassion can coexist. Our team deserves a leader who will support them, develop them, communicate clearly, and also address performance concerns when expectations are not being met.
