We are actively seeking a highly organized Project Manager in our Security Access Control/CCTV department for full time employment.
A Few Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports..
- Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
- Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
- Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies.
- Determine labor needs for dispatching workers to construction sites.
- Estimate labor, material, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes.
- Attend bid walks and bid projects.
- Create/process RFIs, Proposals, Change Orders, Transmittals, Letters
- Will order materials, scheduling, management, contract review and job cost reporting.
- Interact with customers and general contractors for data update’s and distribution to superintendents or field personnel.
- Coordinate with superintendent to final jobs, inspections, closeout docs, submittals, etc.
- Billing and invoicing of jobs/projects.
- Ensuring proper implementation of job site safety procedures, notifications, signage, supplies, and equipment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Plangrid, Word, Excel and Office 365
- Knowledge in estimating and technology products
- Proficiency in reading/understanding blueprints/drawings
- Self-motivating and creative problem solving techniques
- Manufacturer Certifications is a plus
Education and Experience:
- At least a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Access Control/CCTV Project Manager

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
