We are seeking an energetic and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and cook menu items according to Southern Grounds’ recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices at all times

Assist with inventory, prep work, and other kitchen duties as needed

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and frontofhouse teams

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
