POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Hard Cooked Line employees are responsible for visual inspection of hard cooked eggs and the proper filling of packaging containers meeting FDA and Deb El quality regulations as they apply to finished product.
- Hard Cooked Sanitation Employees are responsible for ensuring all machines, machine parts, and utensils are clean, sanitary and assembled prior to start up. The position is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hard cooked work area.
PRIMARY DUTIES (Hard Cook Line Employees):
- Visual inspection of hard cooked eggs. Remove broken or shelled eggs according to quality standards.
- Palletize finished product according to specifications.
- Start up and operate Multi-vac.
- Replace upper and lower film on Multi-vac.
- Perform routine adjustments on equipment as needed to maintain Multi-Vac flow.
- Complete packaging paperwork and quality checks
- Transporting finished product to storage areas
PRIMARY DUTIES (Hard Cook Sanitation Employees):
- Properly break down, clean and reassemble all machines, machine parts and utensils according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
- Maintain cleanliness of the processing, warehouse, cooler, dock, and employee premises throughout the company’s work area.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Report any food safety and quality issues/problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Work on feet 8 or more hours, 5-7 days per week.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
- Rubber gloves, rubber aprons or suits, safety glasses/goggles, rubber boots, face shield.

- Monday – Friday (Saturday if needed)
- 1st Shift Line Employee (6:30am – 3:00pm)
- 2nd Shift Line Employee (3:00pm – 12:00am)
- Hard Cook Sanitation (9:30pm – 6:00am)
