Overview
We are seeking additional skilled Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on heavy equipment doing everything from basic maintenance to in depth repair and diagnostics.
*Experience with specific brands of equipment is very valued( I.E. CAT, Volvo, Liebherr, Komatsu, Bobcat)
Responsibilities / Qualifications
-Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, transmission problems
- Perform Maintenance and inspect customer equipment and Identify and note any issues found while working on equipment.
- Document and communicate needed parts for repairs and preventative maintenance
- Own and maintain required personal tools
- Document and fill out service reports for every job
-Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
-Candidate needs to be a self starter and ability to identify work and work independently
-Work overtime as needed
-Ability to lift and move 60lbs
-Ability to Work in adverse conditions (I.E. rain, snow, extreme hot and cold)
-Ability to be flexible and adapt as specific jobs and tasks change
-Communicate and maintain customer relationships
- Troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and failure
-Perform other duties required
-Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles and keep truck stocked with supplies as needed.
-Ability to plan ahead for tooling and parts needed for specific jobs
Experience
- Prior experience as a mechanic, minimum of 2 years
- Ability to work independently, with other technicians and customers
- Knowledge and ability to use computers and diagnostic equipment
- High mechanical aptitude
- Ability to pass DOT Physical
- Physically able to be in difficult positions, stand, and climb
-Pay: Based on experience *Shop Position Starting at $24 per hour *Field Position Starting $29 per hour *Pay is Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
