Top Tier Chauffeur Services is looking for one or two dependable, professional chauffeurs to join our growing family-owned transportation company serving Greater Houston.
No chauffeur experience is required but it's preferred. We can train the right person. We care more about your attitude, reliability, driving ability, and willingness to learn.
Our ideal chauffeur:

✅ Is proactive and knows how to anticipate a client’s needs
✅ Is confident driving large SUVs and passenger vans
✅ Takes pride in dressing professionally and looking polished
✅ Is friendly, calm, dependable, and committed to exceptional service
✅ Punctual and responsible
✅ Can work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
✅ Has hospitality or customer-service experience
✅ Spanish Speaker Preferred, but not required
Requirements:
- Must be at least 30 years old due to our commercial insurance requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- No moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past three years
- Must meet all commercial insurance eligibility requirements
- Must pass a driving-record review, pre-employment drug screening, and criminal background check
- Must be able to pass the background check required to obtain a City of Houston limousine driver’s license
- Must agree to participate in random drug and alcohol testing
- Must be able to safely lift and handle luggage weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must complete all required licensing and company training
- Must live within approximately 15 miles of Pearland, Texas
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be comfortable using GPS navigation and communicating by phone
- Must maintain a clean, professional appearance. Black suit and tie with white dress shirt and black shoes required.
Our chauffeurs do more than drive. They welcome passengers, assist with luggage, anticipate client needs, maintain clean vehicles, and provide a comfortable, stress-free experience from pickup to drop-off.
