Duties
- Host live streaming sessions across social media platforms, demonstrating products with enthusiasm and clarity to engage viewers.
- Develop compelling content that highlights product features, benefits, and special offers to motivate immediate purchases.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, questions, and trends to tailor content dynamically during streams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns using Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other digital tools.
- Assist with shipping of product sold during live sales
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and fostering relationships with followers for brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing within an e-commerce environment..
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and social listening tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present products confidently in a lively manner during live streams.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple social channels and engaging with audiences in real-time.
- Creative mindset with an eye for branding consistency and visual storytelling through photography and graphic design.
