The Journeyman Roofer II role is for experienced roofing professionals who independently execute complex work, support crew success, and uphold installation excellence.
- Perform advanced commercial roofing installations and repairs
- Execute complex flashing, detailing, and waterproofing work
- Interpret drawings and coordinate work sequencing
- Mentor Assistant Roofers and Journeyman I employees
- Troubleshoot field conditions and installation challenges
- Support production planning and material coordination
- Maintain quality and safety expectations across assigned work areas
- Communicate project needs and progress to leadership
- 4+ years advanced commercial roofing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency across roofing systems and details
- Ability to independently perform assigned scope
