Exciting Opportunity: Experienced Screen Printer Needed in North Kansas City Pay $20/hour

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an experienced Press Operator
for our Screen Printing and Custom Apparel client to start immediately at $20/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire which include:

This person will operate an automatic press, run jobs up to 6-8 colors, and take ownership of their station—including directing their puller and catcher to ensure quality output.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience operating automatic screen printing presses, preferably M&R equipment
- Strong understanding of screen printing fundamentals such as mesh counts, PMS color matching, flash curing, ink types, and substrates
- Proven ability to independently set up and execute print jobs, communicating effectively with team members
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Manual dexterity and stamina for repetitive production tasks
