Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Furniture Installer to join our team. This role involves delivering, assembling, installing, and reconfiguring commercial office furniture at client locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and disassemble commercial office furniture (workstations, desks, seating, panels, etc.)
- Read and follow furniture layouts, floor plans, and installation drawings
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper placement and alignment
- Load, unload, and transport furniture safely
- Perform basic furniture repairs and adjustments as needed
- Wood Refinishing as needed
- Receiving Shipments
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial furniture installation preferred
- Ability to read layouts and installation plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move furniture throughout the workday
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
