Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise all front desk operations, including guest registration, reservations, and billing procedures
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette to handle calls efficiently
- Coordinate night audit procedures to ensure accurate accounting records and smooth overnight operations
- Oversee guest relations efforts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty through attentive service
- Train and mentor front desk staff on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and hospitality best practices
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the front desk area is organized, professional, and inviting
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment is required
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest services and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues swiftly
- Knowledge of hotel industry standards, including phone etiquette and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting is required
