Position Requirements

Have at least two year of hospitality experience

Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance

Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure
Main Responsibilities

Greet and direct residents and visitors
-
Acknowledge all residents, visitors and vendors at all times
-
Greet future residents and create a memorable first impression

Check-in future residents and scan their ID’s prior to their scheduled tours

Accurately log resident packages

Notify residents when they have a package
-
Perform package inventory audits

Door-to-door Package Delivery
-
Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations

Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, guests and the onsite team

Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
-
Monitor lobby and package room, and maintain organization and cleanliness

Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including residents’ move-ins, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met

Perform all other duties as assigned by onsite management

High school diploma or equivalent required
