About the role
As District Manager, you'll own the full performance of your store portfolio — from revenue and port-in volume to operational standards and team development. You'll be a direct link between store-level execution and senior leadership, ensuring every location reflects the Total Wireless brand and hits its numbers.
This is an in-field role. Expect weekly visits to each store, daily accountability conversations, and a relentless focus on coaching and results.
What you'll own
Sales performance
- Drive port-in activations, accessory attach rates, and multi-line sales across all locations
- Coach store managers on upselling premium devices and securing multi-month payment commitments
- Lead daily performance huddles covering promotions, volume, and device mix
- Hold managers accountable to individual and store-level KPIs
Store operations
- Complete the district manager checklist at every store, once per week
- Monitor inventory levels — devices, accessories, SIM cards, and activation materials
- Ensure all locations meet cleanliness, presentation, and environment standards
- Verify POS systems, tablets, and activation tools are fully operational at each visit
- Submit end-of-day visit summaries to leadership
Team development
- Review employee performance at every store visit — recognize wins, address gaps immediately
- Validate team knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and sales process through role-play and quizzes
- Enforce uniform, badge, and grooming standards at all locations
- Build action plans when store metrics fall below expectations
