Job Summary
Milea Estate Vineyard is seeking a passionate, organized, and hospitality-driven Hospitality & Events Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for guests.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is equally comfortable meeting with clients, coordinating event details, leading a team during service, and solving challenges behind the scenes. They are highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
This role oversees the planning and execution of weddings, private events, wine club events, and winery-hosted experiences while upholding Milea's commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, remains calm under pressure, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and ensure successful events.

Responsibilities
Event Execution
- Oversee weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and winery-hosted experiences.
- Coordinate event details, timelines, and logistics with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Help manage event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact during events.
- Ensure events run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, professional hospitality to all guests and clients.
- Build positive relationships with guests, members, vendors, and partners.
- Support the tasting room and hospitality teams as needed.
- Help maintain Milea's high standards of service and guest experience.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with culinary, tasting room, and management teams.
- Help train, support, and lead event staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Winery Events & Special Experiences
- Planning and executing wine club events, seasonal celebrations, and special winery experiences.
- Contribute ideas to enhance guest engagement and event offerings.
- Support the continued growth of Milea's hospitality and events programs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in weddings, private events, catering, wineries, restaurants, hotels, or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
- Proficient in general office software, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time Position
- Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience
