What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic schedule
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Help patients stay on track with their care plans
- Perform body composition scans (BIA & Styku)
- Guide patients through Red Light Therapy, HOCATT, and EMSzero sessions
- Assist with our doctor-supervised holistic weight loss program
- Educate patients about services that may support their health goals
- Help patients feel motivated, supported, and accountable throughout their wellness journey
Comfort discussing wellness tools and packages with patients is an important part of this role. We are looking for someone who enjoys educating patients, helping them understand their options, and guiding them toward services that support their goals.
You'll receive training to work with innovative wellness technologies including:
- Red Light Therapy
- HOCATT Ozone Sauna
- EMSzero Body Sculpt
- Styku 3D Body Scanning
- Tanita Body Composition Analysis
- Nutritional & Holistic Wellness Programs
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (coming to the clinic soon)
- Shockwave Therapy (coming to the clinic soon)
