Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Technician located in Bakersfield, CA. The Information Technology Technician will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, provide technical support to clients and team members, implement IT solutions, and ensure the functionality of IT systems. Additionally, the role includes customer service responsibilities and delivering training to effectively address clients’ needs and improve their technical literacy.
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure Skills.
- 5 Years Experience Minimum.
- Must be local to Bakersfield.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Information Technology to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and engaging in hands-on problem resolution.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in delivering Training to improve user comfort with IT systems and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
