Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled maintenance Mechanic to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment. This role requires proficiency in working with high voltage systems, logic controllers, and precision measuring instruments. The Industrial Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and systems, contributing to overall production efficiency.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production related equipment.
- Installing and setting up of new production equipment.
- Metallurgy and manufacture of metal parts.
- Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrade. following hygienic design.
- Conducting preventive maintenance and safety checks.
- Preparing and submitting maintenance reports, which includes but it's not limited to work orders and PM's.
- Follow GMP's company and safety procedures, including but not limited to LOTO.
- Train machine operators.
- understand and execute e-maintenance systems for inventory and work order control.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems, logic controllers, HVAC systems, and precision measuring instruments is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
