Miracle Makers Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality, person-centered support to adults with intellectual disabilities through Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).
Position Overview
As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals in achieving greater independence and living their best lives. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, community participation, personal goals, and providing companionship and meaningful support based on each individual's needs and preferences.

Quality Care Bonus
Eligible employees may qualify for a $1,000 Quality Care Bonus, based on applicable program requirements, employment eligibility, and bonus terms and conditions. Not all employees will qualify.
Qualifications
- Compassionate, reliable, and dependable
- Ability to provide respectful, person-centered support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must meet applicable employment and ODP program requirements
- Previous caregiving or DSP experience is a plus but may not be required
- Must be committed to promoting the individual's independence, dignity, safety, and well-being
