Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, weeding, aerating, and other gardening activities
- Conduct routine lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to promote healthy turf growth
- Assist with landscaping projects including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and installing mulch or decorative stones
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations
Qualifications
Dependable people with a driver’s license will be hired. No experience necessary but the following qualifications would be great.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscaping practices essential for success in this role
- Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for completing multiple projects efficiently
- Prior experience working with gardening or landscaping equipment is a plus
