What You’ll Do
As a Sales Consultant, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery.
You will:
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and showroom customers
- Make outbound calls, send texts, and follow up with customers daily
- Set appointments and bring customers into the store
- Learn customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Present Toyota products, features, payments, and options professionally
- Work with managers to help structure deals
- Follow up after the sale to build repeat and referral business
- Use our CRM and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities

- Able to handle rejection and keep moving

Automotive experience is a plus, but it is not required.
