American Howa Kentucky, Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Control Analyst.
Production Control Analyst Position with a focus on supplier delivery and inventory control.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Run various reports in Plex system to verify inventory and supplier OTD
- Print receiving labels from supplier ASN for internal inventory
- Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory
- Send releases/EDI to suppliers. Follow up and track supplier shipments to ensure OTD
- Perform Layered process audits
- Maintain supply inventory
- Process Purchase orders, receive supply product
- Review Inventory adjustments with production group. Troubleshoot and create countermeasures as needed
- Assist and support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years related experience in manufacturing environment
- Must be task-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task with accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet departmental and team members’ needs
- Ability to work in a team environment
Physical requirements
- Work activities may include lifting 50 pounds or more frequently, standing or sitting for extended periods.
- This position will primarily be inside an industrial manufacturing facility, but there may be periods required outside.
- Bending, pushing, and pulling may be required from time to time.
