Feast & Fettle is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our People Operations team.
The People Operations Specialist is a generalist role across the People Team, supporting recruiting and onboarding, employee experience, and day-to-day People operations. Feast & Fettle is a fast-moving business with operations running 24/7, and this role plays a key part in making sure every team member's experience with People Ops is smooth, responsive, and well-organized, no matter when or where they work. This is an onsite role based in East Providence, RI, with a five-day workweek from Friday–Tuesday.

What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring managers on requisition needs, manage candidates through the full recruiting cycle for hourly and associate-level roles, and coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure every new hire is set up for success.
- Support day-to-day People Team operations, including internal communications and general administrative tasks.
- Help set up, host, and break down culture and engagement initiatives and events across sites.
- Manage employee request intake process and support administrative needs and general People Team operations.
- Maintain accurate, organized People Team records and documentation including corrective actions, LOAs, and Worker’s Compensation claims.
- Assist with People Team projects and initiatives as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- A hospitality mindset: you're service oriented and greet your work with a sense of care and enthusiasm
- 2+ years of experience in HR or people operations is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communicator, paired with tech-savviness: comfortable navigating multiple platforms (Slack, Notion, Rippling, AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT) and equally strong showing up for the in-person, people-facing side of the work.
- Comfortable multitasking, pivoting, and adapting when priorities shift.
- Experience with HRIS or recruiting platforms (e.g., Rippling, applicant tracking systems, Indeed).
- Because our team is multilingual, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership. Ready to be pushed outside your comfort zone, relying on critical and creative thinking to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Eager to learn and grow into new areas, including employee engagement and culture programming, no prior experience required, just enthusiasm.
- Flexibility for monthly work travel between our worksites.
