The Opportunity
You'll be one of the most important people in the building.
Every resident, guest, vendor, delivery driver, Realtor, and contractor meets you first.
Your smile, professionalism, and ability to solve problems set the tone for the entire community.
This is far more than answering phones or accepting packages.
It's creating an experience.
Schedule
This position is primarily a fixed schedule consisting of:
- Two Weekend Day Shifts
- Two Night Shifts (11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- One Swing Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM)
Some flexibility is required to cover vacations, which may occasionally include a full week of nights or swing shifts.
What You'll Do
- Welcome residents, guests, and vendors with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate packages, deliveries, reservations, and resident requests
- Manage front desk operations with confidence and efficiency
- Monitor building security and access control
- Resolve issues calmly and proactively
- Partner with management and maintenance to provide five-star service
- Help create a community where residents genuinely enjoy coming home
