Good Landing Recovery is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, verifying, and maintaining data to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and update data in company databases and information systems.
- Review incoming information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure data integrity.
- Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis to support business operations.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure information is complete and error-free.
- Organize and maintain digital files in accordance with company policies.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information by following established security procedures.
- Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Provide administrative support and complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or additional coursework in business, information systems, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in data processing, data entry, administrative support, or records management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using databases or data management software is an advantage.
